In order to remain competitive on the University of Alabama campus and local housing market, Pi Kappa Phi must update their chapter house. A successful fraternity fundraising campaign will make possible the following house improvements:

  • Front lawn TV and electrical outlets

  • Recreation room doubles as storm safety room

  • Central TV room opens to courtyard

  • Conference/study room with electronics closet, networked printer

  • Chapter room with meeting space for 150 members

  • Brick and concrete courtyard with benches and basketball court

  • Full commercial kitchen

  • Drink station and kitchenette

  • Dining room with capacity for 152

  • Housemother’s suite

  • Grand two-story entry with inlaid bronze Pi Kappa Phi Great Seal
